Spicy Lemon Pork Chop SauteFrom pleclare 7 years ago
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in large, heavy skillet over med. heat. Brown chops about 5 mins. per side.
- Mix lemon juice, garlic paprika, thyme and cayenne pepper into skillet. Cover and simmer 20 mins, cooking chops to temp. of 160 degrees.
- Remove pork chops from skillet, and set aside. Over high heat, reduce the remaining liquid for about 5 mins. Return pork chops to the skillet briefly, coating on both sides with the reduced mixture.
- If you don't like strong lemon flavor, cut the lemon juice in half.
