How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in large,heavy skillet over med. heat. Brown chops about 5 mins. per side.
  • Mix lemon juice,garlic paprika,thyme and cayenne pepper into skillet. Cover and simmer 20 mins,cooking chops to temp. of 160 degrees.
  • Remove pork chops from skillet,and set aside. Over high heat,reduce the remaining liquid for about 5 mins. Return pork chops to the skillet briefly,coating on both sides with the reduced mixture.
  • If you don't like strong lemon flavor,cut the lemon juice in half.

    Thanks, the seasoning sounds perfect, will def try it.
    I just use soy to season my pork chops, gets a tad boring.
