Spicy Lemon Pork Chop Saute

- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 4 pork loin chops,1/2" thick shopping list
- 1/2 c lemon juice shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 1/2 Tbs paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in large,heavy skillet over med. heat. Brown chops about 5 mins. per side.
- Mix lemon juice,garlic paprika,thyme and cayenne pepper into skillet. Cover and simmer 20 mins,cooking chops to temp. of 160 degrees.
- Remove pork chops from skillet,and set aside. Over high heat,reduce the remaining liquid for about 5 mins. Return pork chops to the skillet briefly,coating on both sides with the reduced mixture.
- If you don't like strong lemon flavor,cut the lemon juice in half.

Girl I am so hungry.. On my 'coffee' break and didnt bring anything.. guess i will 'scrounge' around.. ha very good i need some cayeene pepper so i wil be going to store after 'work' cant wait... HIGH FIVE FORKS!!
