How to make it

  • Wear gloves while handling peppers.
  • Marinate steak in 1/4 cup A-1 and 3 tablespoon of Worcestershire.
  • Cut jalapenos in half remove seeds if mild taste desired.
  • Fill each half with cream cheese.
  • Take thin sliced steak (3/16 in.) cut into pieces large enough to wrap pepper one time hold with toothpick.
  • Grilling sauce mixture, 1 part water , 2 part A-1, Cayenne (add to your level of heat) and 2 tablespoons Worcestshire.
  • Place steak peppers on grill (I prefer charcoal).
  • Use grilling sauce during cooking turning peppers once.
  • Cook until meat is medium to medium rare anymore the meat will be like rubber.
