Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of lean ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen corn kernels
  • 1 tsp. of dried basil
  • 3 tbsp. of ketchup
  • 1 c. of chopped carrots
  • 1 c. of chopped celery
  • 1 c. of chopped onion
  • 6 cubes of beef bouillon
  • 5 c. of water
  • 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. First you want to brown meat over medium flame(drain off fat)
  2. Next you can add in beef, carrots, celery, onions, bouillon, water, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, salt, corn, basil, and the ketchup!
  3. You want to let this come to a boil before reducing flame to low for about 1 and half hour.
  4. Ladle up and serve!
