Low fat chicken nuggets

- 2 chicken breasts shopping list
- one cup of breadcrumbs either fresh or stale, wholemeal or white (I prefer wholemeal) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese finely grated shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 4 tbs plain flour shopping list
- oil spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Spray a baking sheet with oil spray (liberally)
- Chop the chicken breasts into roughly 8 pieces.
- Prepare three dishes. One with combined breadcrumbs and cheese, one with the beaten egg, one with the plain flour.
- Roll the chicken pieces firstly in the flour, then in the egg and lastly in the breadcrumb cheese mix.
- Place on the baking sheet and then in the top shelf of the oven
- Cook for approx 25 mins
- Serve with sauce of your choice.
