Tuna Noodle Casserole

- 6 oz medium noodles (enough for 3 1/2 C cooked) shopping list
- 6 1/2 - 7 oz can light tuna, water packed shopping list
- 2 Tblsp butter shopping list
- 1 C. chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2-1 C chopped onions shopping list
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 C mayonaise shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 1 C finely grated sharp cheese shopping list
- 1/2-1 C buttered bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain
- While noodles are cooking, Saute celery and onions in skillet
- In a saucepan, blend soup and milk untill heated through
- Add cheese to soup and stir until cheese is melted, set aside
- In large bowl, combine drained noodles, tuna, celery, onion,salt, and mayonaise,hard boiled eggs
- Pour soup and cheese mixture over noodle mixture and gently mix together well
- Turn into greased 11/2 qt casserole dish,top with buttered bread crumbs
- Bake 20-25 minutes, until casserole is bubbley, and crumbs are golden brown
