How to make it

  • Cut potatoes into 2' wedges, or cube 1-2" put in large bowl with tight fitting lid, or 1 gallon ziplock bag
  • Add olive oil, *Durkee Garden Seasoning*
  • Shake shake shake until potatos are coated with oil and seasoning is evenly distributed
  • Place potatoes in large baking dish or pan (coat with non-stick spray)
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt, rosemary, and ground black pepper
  • Bake at 450 for 1 hour or until browned, stirring occasionally

    *Durkee Garden Seasoning* is da BOMB! Any serious chefs out there, you HAVE to try this!!! I can only find it online, I usually purchase 4 at a time, here is the link http://www.spiceplace.com/durkee_salt_free_garden_seasoning.php
