How to make it

  • Cut red potatoes (with skin) into 1 inch cubes. Cover with water in a large saucepan and simmer, partially covered, for about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, heat milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, until butter is melted.
  • Once potatoes are tender, drain in colander and return to pot. Mash with potato masher and while still hot add milk mixture and stir in. Season with salt to your preference.
