- 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes-- peel and cut into large cubes shopping list
- 2 T ghee or olive oil--Heat ghee in a heavy saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, and fry cumin and mustard seeds until they pop. shopping list

- 1 large onion, sliced thinly shopping list
