Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. of dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c. of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 c. of uncooked alphabet pasta
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope of dry onion soup mix
  • 2 c. of chopped carrot
  • 4 c. of water
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can of stewed tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can of green beans, drained
  • 3 (14.5 oz) cans of chicken broth
  • 1 (16 oz) package of frozen mixed vegetables

Directions
  1. First you want to add onion soup mix, carrots , and then the water bringing to boil. (cook until carrots are tender)
  2. Now add in the tomatoes, green beans, broth, and then the veggies and let this simmer 15 min.
  3. Then in a large bowl, add beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and then pepper..
  4. Now you want to roll into bite size balls and add to soup.
  5. Let this simmer about 20 min, plus add the pasta.
  6. Simmer this approx. 15 min letting meatballs and pasta cook completely.
