Filling Meatball Soup

- 1 lb. of ground beef shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 c. of dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 c. of grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 pinch ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 c. of uncooked alphabet pasta shopping list
- 1 (1 oz) envelope of dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 2 c. of chopped carrot shopping list
- 4 c. of water shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of stewed tomatoes, with juice shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of green beans, drained shopping list
- 3 (14.5 oz) cans of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) package of frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to add onion soup mix, carrots , and then the water bringing to boil. (cook until carrots are tender)
- Now add in the tomatoes, green beans, broth, and then the veggies and let this simmer 15 min.
- Then in a large bowl, add beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and then pepper..
- Now you want to roll into bite size balls and add to soup.
- Let this simmer about 20 min, plus add the pasta.
- Simmer this approx. 15 min letting meatballs and pasta cook completely.
