How to make it

  • Combine all Creamy Garlic Dip ingredients by hand, not a blender, at least one day before using and refrigerate.
  • Right before serving, coat zucchini slices with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs and deep fry at 375 degrees until golden. Serve with Creamy Garlic Dip.
  • Can use dip after making but try to wait at least an hour for the flavors to blend.
