Pork Neck Bones with Wild Rice n Organic Veggies

- 2 lbs pork neck bones shopping list
- 1 cup organic wild rice shopping list
- 2 small shallots diced shopping list
- 2 tbs. minced organic garlic shopping list
- 3 diced carrots shopping list
- 1.4 cup dehydrated mixed veggies shopping list
- 1/4 cup corn kernels shopping list
- 8 diced steamd asparagus stalks shopping list
- 1 teasp red pepper flakes shopping list
- salt n pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tb Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 box of low sodium chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Place all in crockpot cook on high 6-8 hours until done. I serve with cherry tomatoe, cucumber,red onion salad with balsamic vinger dressing. With greek yogurt n alaskan blueberries with agave sweetner for dessert. Frugal n Filling! Enjoy!
