Lite and Creamy Salmon Pasta

- 1 shallot, sliced shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 oz fat-free herb and garlic cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can (120g drained) salmon shopping list
- 8 oz House Foods tofu shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 tsp Galaxy Foods rice Parmesan shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, saute shallot in a small amount of cooking spray or water.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic and cheese, stirring.
- Add the salmon and noodles, stirring to coat with the sauce.
- Remove to a bowl, top with rice parmesan and pepper.
