How to make it

  • In a non-stick pan over medium heat, saute shallot in a small amount of cooking spray or water.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic and cheese, stirring.
  • Add the salmon and noodles, stirring to coat with the sauce.
  • Remove to a bowl, top with rice parmesan and pepper.
