Ingredients

How to make it

  • Begin melting the cheese early on low on the stovetop or in a crockpot, stiring periodically to prevent burning.
  • After the cheese is melted, stir in the Rotelle and the milk if you chose to use the milk.
  • Cook the ground beef and break it into small chunks.
  • While the meat is cooking add the Chilie powder and the Cumin powder to the meat and stir it around.
  • After the meat has finished cooking add it to the cheese and stir the mixture around.
  • 6) Put your salad in a bowl or on a plate, then put your chips on the salad, after doing this add the cheesy mixture to the top of the chips and you're ready to enjoy.

Thank you, actually, I made this for myself and my girlfriend, and we made it with 2 lbs of cheese and 2 lbs of ground beef, and 1 tsp. of each of the powders at which point we added one of each kind of tomatos, and it came out really spicy for me, although it was excellent. I also did the cheese in a crockpot.
