Salmon Tortellini

- 1 pkg (7.1 oz) boneless pink salmon shopping list
- 1 pkg (9 oz) cheese tortellini shopping list
- 2 green onions sliced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon corn starch shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill or dill weed shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Cook the tortellini as package directions state. In saucepan saute onion, garlic and butter until tender and onion is translucent. Combine cornstarch and milk until smooth, then gradually stir into the pan. Bring this mixture to a boil and stir for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 2.Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted. Stir in ricotta cheese, salmon, dill, lemon peel, and salt.
- 3.Drain tortellini, and add ricotta sauce. Cook and stir until heated through.
