Katelyns Favorite Grilled Cheese

I used my daughter's favorite bread and cheese to fry her a sandwich. A different spin on an old favorite.

Butter one side of each slice of bread, place cheese between and fry each side until lightly toasted and cheese is melted.

Cinnamon raisin bread is my favorite too but with mozzarilla. but my fave grilled cheese is bread, cheddar cheese and a little fresh minced garlic on the cheese before you fry it. My sisters is toast 2 slices of bread and butter them then spread cheese wiz on them and put together.

Since Swiss Cheese and raisin bread imparts a certain sweetness on their own,placed together,this makes for a...well...A really sweet recipe.
