How to make it

  • Melt butter in a skillet over med high heat. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper on both sides, cook turkey until lightly browned and no longer pink. (you may have to do this in two batches, depending on whether you used tenders or slices) Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  • Stir remaining ingredients, except sour cream, together in skillet, heat to boiling, stirring constantly, remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and pour sauce over turkey.
