Turkey Bog Loaf

- * 1 tbsp Lite Margerine shopping list
- * 1 small stalk celery, raw shopping list
- * 1 large carrot, Raw shopping list
- * 3/4 cup Chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic Clove shopping list
- 2 lb lean ground turkey 93/7 shopping list
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp tomato paste shopping list
- 1 egg egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup Plain bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup Sweetened dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup basil, Fresh shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp ground thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Shred the carrot.
- In a large skillet, heat the margarine. When it is hot, cook the onion, celery, carrot garlic and salt over low heat, stirring often, for 8 minutes or until the onion softens. Let the mixture cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetable mixture and all remaining ingredients. Mix lightly, until just combined, with your impeccably clean finger tips. Press mixture into the pan. Set it on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes or until it reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
