Sausage Meatball Sub

- 1 pound italian sausage Roll shopping list
- 1 (26 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 6 hoagie buns shopping list
- 6 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup oatmeal shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sausage, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and oatmeal in a large bowl. Form into 1 inch balls. In a skillet, cook the meatballs, over medium heat, until browned and cooked through then reduce to low heat. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and continue cooking until the sauce is heated.
- Place meatballs and sauce into buns, then garnish with mozzarella cheese.
