Kraut & Kielbasa

- 1 (2 lb) pkg sauerkraut shopping list
- 1/2 stick (4 Tbsps) margarine shopping list
- light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 (1 lb) pkg Polish sausage links shopping list
How to make it
- Place sauerkraut in a colander and rinse well, pressing out much of the moisture.
- Heat margarine until bubbly, in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sauerkraut to skillet, and sprinkle brown sugar over to taste.
- Meanwhile, lightly brown sausage links in a separate pan or for a minute or two, under the broiler. Then place meat on top of the sauerkraut and heat through.
