How to make it

  • In large resealable plastic bag,combine flour,salt and pepper. Add pork chops and shake to coat. In a skillet,brown chops on both sides in butter.
  • Place in ungreased 9x13" baking dish. Bake ,uncovered at 450 for 20-25 mins or till juices run clear.
  • Meanwhile,in skillet,bring vinegar to a boil. Reduce heat;add maple syrup. Cover and cook 10 mins. Combine cornstarch and water till smooth;add to maple mixture. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till thickened.
  • Place chops on broiler pan;sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil 4 mins. from the heat for 2-3 mins or till sugar is melted. Drizzle with maple glaze.

    Great recipe! I do the same but omit the flour for the chops and I add diced tomatoes to it all, adds a nice Zing for different flavor with the maple syrup. I should get a picture in here with them! I will the next time I make them! HAPPY COOKING and Hi!
