How to make it

  • In a large skilled, heat sesame oil until hot but not smoking
  • Add bell pepper and cook unti crisp and , tender (about 2 minutes)
  • Add chicken and scallions, stiring to coat
  • Add asparagus, 3/4 c broth, lemon juice, zest, salt and seasoning, cook until asparagus is crisp and tender (about one minute)
  • In a cup. combine cornstarch and water, stir to blend
  • Add remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • poor cornstarch mixture over chicken, stir in until sauce is thickened
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
  • Serve over rice or fettuccine
  • Enjoy! :)
