3 cheese sausage quiche

serve a slice of this pie with a green salad and you have your whole meal! even my grandkids love it!
Ingredients
- 2 lb turkey sausage shopping list
- 1 med onion, diced shopping list
- 1 med bell pepper diced shopping list
- 1 tsp grated garlic shopping list
- 1 package fresh button mushrooms, chopped shopping list
- 1 sm head broccoli florettes only ( optional) shopping list
- 1 c fresh spinich (optional) shopping list
- 2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 c grated motzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 c grated provolone cheese shopping list
- 1 doz eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3 deep dish pie crust , bought or homemade shopping list
How to make it
- prick pie crusts with fork
- place in 375 F oven til slightly brown
- put on cabinet to cool
- brown meat in skillet,
- add pepper, onion and garlic and cook til onions are clear
- mix together in large mixing bowl all other veggies, cheeses and eggs
- cool meat mixture before adding other ingredients
- incorprate all ingredients together and make sure is mixed well
- place ingredients into cooked pie shells-you can mound it some
- bake in 375F oven until uniformly brown
- FREEZES BEAUTIFULLY!
