Easy Low Fat Chicken with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add oil and chicken to med heat and cook until almost all the pink is gone
  • Add sherry, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender and chicken is completely cooked through
  • I set the sherry on fire to assure all the alcohol was removed (I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I didn't want to take any chances)
  • Serve with pasta or potatoes, it is phenomenal :)
