How to make it

  • wash and clean onions and trim on green end to 6"
  • take 1/2 tsp cream cheese and spread on 1 slice of the meat
  • place onion on edge of meat square and roll up
  • repeat til all onions are used
  • refrigerate in large ziplock till ready to serve
