How to make it

  • Mix 1 3/4 lbs of ground beef with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Take half of the meat and break it in half on a plate
  • Form a crust shape with one of the patties
  • Add a chunk of chilled cheddar cheese, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes to the middle of the patty
  • Seal together the two patties into a burger
  • Grill to your liking
  • Add slice of cheese to melt on your burger
