jalapeno green sauce for dipping

- 6 ripe avocados shopping list
- 1 med onion, pureed shopping list
- 1 tsp grated garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper shopping list
- 2 sm cans chopped green chilis shopping list
- 1/2 c thick tomatillo salsa (hot or mild to taste) shopping list
- 2 packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c sour cream shopping list
- this recipe has no lemon or lime in it because i am allergic-if you want either of those, add approx 1 tbsp. of either shopping list
How to make it
- peel and dice avocados-SAVE ALL PITS!!
- add all other ingredients to large bowl
- mash everything together, mixing as well as you can
- place mixture in a blender and puree until perfectly smooth
- place back in bowl, add ALL SAVED PITS and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- serve with tortillas or other chips as a dip or use as a condiment to any other mexican dish you like
- DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE PITS UNTIL ALL DIP IS GONE-JUST KEEP MIXING THE DIP EVERY TIME IT IS REFRIGERATED-IT WON'T TURN BROWN AS LONG AS ALL PITS ARE KEPT IN PLACE!
