How to make it

  • peel and dice avocados-SAVE ALL PITS!!
  • add all other ingredients to large bowl
  • mash everything together, mixing as well as you can
  • place mixture in a blender and puree until perfectly smooth
  • place back in bowl, add ALL SAVED PITS and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
  • serve with tortillas or other chips as a dip or use as a condiment to any other mexican dish you like
  • DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE PITS UNTIL ALL DIP IS GONE-JUST KEEP MIXING THE DIP EVERY TIME IT IS REFRIGERATED-IT WON'T TURN BROWN AS LONG AS ALL PITS ARE KEPT IN PLACE!
