Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a frying pan, saute potatoes and half the spices in half the olive oil for about 5 minutes
  • Add mushrooms, garlic, onions, and remainder of spices and continue cooking for another ten minutes or until mushrooms are mostly cooked
  • Add zucchini and ginger sauce and saute until everything is fully done to your liking (usually about 5 minutes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
