How to make it

  • Cream together butter and sugar in large bowl.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add vanilla, orange peel, milk, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • Fold in shredded zucchini and chopped nuts.
  • Pour batter into greased and floured 9 in. bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees 1 hr. or until done.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Pour glaze over completely cooled cake.
  • For Glaze: stir together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a small bowl until well mixed (may use more/less milk depending on what consistency you want the glaze... but remember you want it thick enough that it doesn't completely run down the sides of the cake!)
