this cheese tart perfect for birthday party
Ingredients
- For the sweet pastry shopping list
- 125 g butter shopping list
- 63g fine granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 150 g all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence shopping list
- For the cheese filling shopping list
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese shopping list
- 20 g butter shopping list
- 60 g fine ganulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 table spoon of fresh orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- To make the pastry
- 1. cream butter,sugar and vanilla essence then add in egg yolk and water and continue creaming for 1-2 minutes lastly fold in the flour .
- 2. press out pastry in tart mold and bake for 20 minutes
- To make the filling
- Beat cheese ,butter and sugar together till fluffy add in egg and beat till well mix..Pour mixture into baked tart shell then bake at 180 c for 10 minutes
