How to make it

  • To make the pastry
  • 1. cream butter,sugar and vanilla essence then add in egg yolk and water and continue creaming for 1-2 minutes lastly fold in the flour .
  • 2. press out pastry in tart mold and bake for 20 minutes
  • To make the filling
  • Beat cheese ,butter and sugar together till fluffy add in egg and beat till well mix..Pour mixture into baked tart shell then bake at 180 c for 10 minutes
