How to make it

  • 1 . Beat butter ,ghee,sugar and essence vanilla till even.
  • 2 . Fold in ground almond ,semolina flour ,all superpose flour and baking powder.
  • 3. Kneed to form smooth dough.Use round cutter to cut out desired shapes.
  • 4. Glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped almond
  • 5. Bake in preheated oven at 140 o c for 30 minutes or till golden brown
