Simply Sensational Easy Chocolate Truffles Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.
  • Melt 8 squares of chocolate.
  • Blend melted chocolate into cream cheese.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Shape into small spheres.
  • Melt remaining 8 squares of chocolate.
  • Use fork to dip truffles into the melted chocolate. Place onto wax paper.
  • Decorate using nuts, sprinkles, sugar, etc.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
