How to make it

  • STUFFING:-
  • Add graded cabbage, green chillies, coriander, red chillie powder, ajwaien, amchur in a bowl.
  • PARATHA:-
  • *Sieve the atta and salt together.
  • *Then make a dough of flourenough to make balls conveniently.
  • *Now make small balls of the dough and then roll them into round shape small chapaties.
  • *Fill the stuffing, sprinkle salt as per taste,close the chapaties, again roll them in round shapes.
  • *Place these paranthas on hot griddle and when slightly done on one side roll over so that the other side is also cooked.
  • *Now spread somebutter \ ghee on the first side and roll over. Cook it till that side turns golden.
  • *Repeat the same process with the other side.
  • *Serve the parantha with yogurt or chutny or pickle.

    Are paranthas like khakhra? Except these paranthas are filled ? Crisp texture?
