How to make it

  • Put flour, salt, pepper and garlic on a plate
  • Drench fillets in flour mixture
  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add a little water and Parm. cheese.
  • Dip floured fillets in egg mixture.
  • Roll fillets in Italian bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in skillet and get hot.
  • Add breaded fish.
  • Cook 5 minutes per side.
  • Fish should flake in middle when done.
