- Walleye Fillets (I suppose you can use other fish if you like). shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- flour shopping list
- salt, pepper and garlic shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Parm. cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Put flour, salt, pepper and garlic on a plate
- Drench fillets in flour mixture
- Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add a little water and Parm. cheese.
- Dip floured fillets in egg mixture.
- Roll fillets in Italian bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in skillet and get hot.
- Add breaded fish.
- Cook 5 minutes per side.
- Fish should flake in middle when done.
