Carrot Pineapple Muffins W.W. Style

- 4 slices bread shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder shopping list
- 8 pkts Sweet ‘n’ Low shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, juice included shopping list
- 4 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 grated carrots shopping list
How to make it
- Whiz each slice of bread in the blender to make crumbs.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Divide equally into 12 sprayed muffin cups or 12 muffin paper cups.
- Bake in a preheated 350F deg oven for 20 minutes or until done.
