Honey And Thyme Vinigrette

- 4 cloves of fresh garlic shopping list
- 1 medium shallot shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme shopping list
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 cup honey shopping list
- salt and black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mince both garlic and shallot
- saute in olive oil till they turn translucent. 1-3 minutes. remove from heat and place in a mixing bowl
- take the thyme and with your fingers remove the herb from the stem pinching it and rolling in your fingers. this will release the thymes flavor. add to the bowl. season with salt and pepper
- pour in apple cider vinegar
- whisk while slowly adding olive oil. the mixture should become incorporated and thicken slightly
- whisk in honey, stop at half cup and taste, should taste the honey then thyme finishing with mouthwatering vinegar
- adjust seasonings, and add more honey if you like.
