Shrimp and Bacon Egg Rolls

I was running short on time the other night and was having people over to dinner. I used some extra ingredients that I had and it turned out great!
Ingredients
- I bag frozen raw shrimp shopping list
- 1/2 lb of bacon shopping list
- 2 cups grated mozzarella shopping list
- 3 cups fresh raw spinach shopping list
- 1 package egg roll wrappers shopping list
- cooking oil (corn or vegetable) shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw shrimp and peel off shells.
- Meanwhile fully cook the bacon in a pan
- reserve the grease
- chop bacon, shrimp, and spinach.
- Combine with cheese
- place a small amount of the mixture on an egg roll wrapper
- roll up the wrapper and seal with a small amount of water
- add cooking oil to bacon grease and heat up pan
- cook each egg roll on medium heat for approximately 6 minutes
