How to make it

  • Cook the pasta according to directions..
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a saucepan add the flour, milk and spices/stock flavours and stir until boiled. (It's kindda like a healthy white sauce, without the butter).
  • Find a good sized ovenproof dish and add all the ingredients - salmon (break it up with a fork), peas, corn, pasta and white sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20mins until the cheese has melted and browned.
