How to make it

  • Grind onion and ginger to a paste
  • Grind cashewnuts and poppyseeds together
  • Blanch and split almonds
  • Heat gheeFry almonds to a golden brown colour. Remove from ghee. Keep aside
  • Add onions paste to ghee. Cook till golden brown in colour
  • Add cashewnut paste.Cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add chilli powder and cumin powder
  • Add curd and cook till ghee separets
  • Add coconut milk and cream
  • Remove from fire
  • Add paneer
