A meat loaf that brings family together. Goes good with baked potatoes & green beans
Ingredients
- 1 # gr. beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 medium slices soft bread (torn in pieces) & 1/2 cup milk or shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs & 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp.each pepper,dry mustard, celery salt, & garlic salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 (mod)
- mix all ingredients throughly. Shape into into a loaf.
- Spread with catsup or your favorite bottled barbecue sauce
- bake 1 hr. until done
- 4 servings
