How to make it

  • Prehat oven to 350° F
  • Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil.
  • Rinse Asparagus & snap hard ends off (approx. 1.5 - 2 in.).
  • In a single layer, lay asparagus in casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
  • Bake in oven for ONLY 8 MINUTES. DO NOT over bake or they will come out bitter. Serve immediately.
