How to make it

  • Place pistachios in shallow dish. Divide cheese into 12 equal portions,rolling to for 12 balls. Roll each in pistachios until well coated. Set pistachio-crusred cheese balls aside.
  • Combine Easy Herb Vinaigrette and greens in large mixing bowl and toss gently to coat evenly. Divide greens mixture evenly among 4 salad plates. Top each with 1/4 c grapes and 3 cheese balls. Sprinkle salad with pepper and serve.
  • Easy Herb Vinaigrette:Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl;slowly whisk in oil until combined. Stir in basil and chives. Store,covered,in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
