Ingredients
- 3 cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 2 tbs. all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees line cookie sheets with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl Blend sugar cocoa and flour
- Beat egg whites one at a time and then beat at high speed for 1 minute
- Fold in Pecans
- Drop by Tbs. onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart
- Bake 15 minutes turning sheet halfway through baking time
- Remove from oven cool on paper
- place cookies in freezer on parchment paper for 1 hour
- remove peel off paper
- then store in air tight container
- Make 2 dozen cookies
