How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees line cookie sheets with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl Blend sugar cocoa and flour
  • Beat egg whites one at a time and then beat at high speed for 1 minute
  • Fold in Pecans
  • Drop by Tbs. onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart
  • Bake 15 minutes turning sheet halfway through baking time
  • Remove from oven cool on paper
  • place cookies in freezer on parchment paper for 1 hour
  • remove peel off paper
  • then store in air tight container
  • Make 2 dozen cookies
