How to make it
- Mix Maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl. Lay chicken breasts side-by-side in a dish and coat them with the mixture. Turn them over and coat the underside. Sprinkle Oregano over them, cover them and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, I marinated ours for 5 hours. The longer the better :)
- Preheat oven to 190degC. Sprinkle salt and fresh pepper on the chicken. Place dish with marinated chicken breasts in oven for 30 minutes. Cover the dish. Do not turn. After 30 minutes take out and serve.
