Tarragon Chicken

- chicken piecs to cover 9" square pan in single layer(bone-in or boneless) shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice(important) shopping list
- dried tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken pieces in pan in single later. Spread cream of chicken soup undiluted over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and as much tarragon as you would like. I use a lot since we really like the flavor. Start with 2 teaspoons.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or till chicken is well done. It will take less time if using boneless chicken.
- I double everything when I use a 9x13" pan for the chicken. It depends on how much chicken you want to make. I also cover the dish for the first half of cooking time.
