Tex Mex Potato Salad

- 5 cups quartered small red potatoes shopping list
- 3/4 cup salad dressing shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 11 ounce can whole ernel corn drained shopping list
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies undrained shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 minutes then drain.
- Mix dressing and seasonings in large bowl.
- Add potatoes, corn, chilies, celery and red pepper then mix lightly.
- Season with salt and black pepper then cover and refrigerate overnight.
