How to make it
- Place tarragon leaves, salt, pepper, sugar & Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl
- Using a wire whisk, add vinegar to the spices in the mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed
- Slowly whisk in oil until it is completely blended with the vinegar/spice mixture (creamy consistency)
- Refrigerate for at least 20 min.
