Creamy Potato Salad

This salad comes from the Buchanan Estate. I purchased this collection in Malakoff, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes boiled shopping list
- 1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cut potatoes into cubes then combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish then serve at room temperature.
