How to make it

  • Pan fry the pork slices until golden brown.
  • Transfer the fried pork into thick-bottomed pan. Add the garlic, onion, tomatoes,bay leaf and 2 cups of water.Season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until the pork is tender. Approximately 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • While Simmering the pork, pan fry the potatoes until the edges starts to turn light brown.
  • Drain on paper towel and set aside.
  • When the Pork is already tender, add in the fried potatoes and green peas.
  • Season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  • Turn off heat and serve with rice.

    You have been a busy lady Mommylotte. I know you will hate me but I just have to use frozen peas. This dish does not need mushy canned peas. Chou. RJ
