How to make it

  • p[reheat oven to 180 degrees
  • cut pastry into squares to stick into muffin trays
  • half fill pastry cases with mixed berries
  • place tray into oven for 10-15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown
  • whip cream
  • place a teaspoon of cream ontop of the tarts to serve
