simple chinese curry

- 180g plain flour shopping list
- 40g butter shopping list
- 1/2 pint semi skimmed milk shopping list
- 1/2 pint water shopping list
- 3 heaped table spoons of curry powder (milg/medium) shopping list
- 2 chicken stock cubes shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter into pan
- add flour and curry power to melted butter mix (stir in )
- Gradually add milk to paste (keeping the heat on at all times)
- Add water and your chicken stock cubes (keep mixing)
- more milk/water can be added to get the consistency required
- (milk will give you a slightly creamy finsh)
